We've heard
a lot of people say that Fifth Avenue needs a good, locally-owned book store. But, with the ever-popular
Community Bookstore just up the hill on Seventh Avenue, it's hard for potential bookstore owners to imagine opening on Fifth (especially when the world is rapidly moving towards ebooks).

Ripley's Believe it or Not in Times Square. Dress as your favorite Star Wars character, bring a pillow, blanket and pajamas and stay overnight.
